Ariel N. Villella, NCARB

Architect

Ariel N. Villella is the Founder and Principal of Predomus llc, a Florida-based Architectural studio specializing in residential design projects. He has been practicing architecture for over 17 years in the US, Latin America and the Caribbean. With a strong background in engineering, he specializes in the design and project management of luxury residential projects.

Before beginning his degree in Architecture, Ariel studied contracting and engineering at a technical school for six years. This gave him the opportunity to work as director on a variety of projects for multiple general contracting firms prior to completing his Bachelor of Architecture Degree. He is a Licensed Architect in the State of Florida AR#99560.

In his words: “Even though I am an architect first and foremost, I believe that my skills as both an Architect and contractor allow me to design beautiful, modern architecture responsibly.”

Sergio González

BIM technician/designer

Having graduated as an Architect in Asunción, Paraguay in 2019 Sergio works meticulously with the team to produce detailed, accurate construction documents to ensure that all details are coordinated between all disciplines. In-depth knowledge of building technologies is necessary to create good technical drawings which are critical in all stages of the design process and that is one of Sergio’s biggest strengths. With his expert drafting talent, he connects all the necessary pieces to meet the project goals and timeline.
