This exquisite, high-end, contemporary residence was designed in the heart of the most desirable residential neighborhood in Miami Beach. Built in 2017, the ground floor was elevated to comply with flood codes; living spaces dominate the ground floor of the house from the front to the back of the house. The ground floor has lots of natural light and a very functional layout. The living room, dining room and kitchen enjoy views of the garden and the swimming pool.

This spec home was designed with very simple and neutral materials to reflect the midcentury design concept. The lap swimming pool was designed as a focal point which can be seen from most of the interiors. The 4500 sqf house is nestled into a traditional, high-end neighborhood in Miami Beach.
2018
Designed in 2017 and built in 2018 this building is an example of contemporary architecture that characterizes our distinctive lifestyle these days. The building was erected with massive sheer walls to sustain not only the lateral wind forces but also to accommodate the cantilever upper floor over the main entrance of the house. Since it was a spec designed home, the finishes include simple materials and very few colors.
2011
This project comprises a three acre multi-million expansion on the hillside of the high-end holiday resort in St Lucia. The development is an example of how Mediterranean architecture meets contemporary life style. Terracotta tile roofs, white stucco walls, large open terraces, private gardens and infinity swimming pools overlook the Caribbean Sea delineated with continuous glass balustrades featured throughout the development.

Faced with the challenge of designing a multifamily building on a very small piece of land located on the glamorous Miami Beach, the project encompassed four three-bedroom, three-story luxury apartments. The site is situated in a residential zoning district RM-1 (residential multifamily low density) surrounded mostly by multifamily buildings. The proposed materials and colors will be composed of painted stucco, stainless steel cable railings, aluminum trellis and clear glazing. The plants and trees surrounding the building will be composed of a variety of salt-tolerant native plant species and the design will allow for privacy not only for this property but also for the adjacent homes.

The Caribbean is about outdoor living, about merging the limits between inside and outside. The area is full of exotic vegetation, beautiful surroundings and enjoys captivating sunsets. That is what drove us as designers to emphasize the relationship between interior and exterior so indoor and outdoor melt together to create a spectacular experience. The design of this penthouse embodies that tropical luxury experience.

Situated in the northernmost point of the island of St. Lucia, Cap Estate, this luxury resort sits on a private cove at the edge of the Caribbean Sea surrounded by tropical rainforest. The project encompassed the renovation of the common areas and amenities including restaurants & bars, swimming pools, shops, recreation areas, office space and beyond. The balance between architecture and nature was the primary goal and was met with complete success.

The project involved the renovation of hotel rooms, common areas and amenities including the restaurants, bars, swimming pools and recreation areas. This luxury resort is in the island of Saint Lucia in the Caribbean, surrounded by miles of white sand beaches and tropical gardens. While light colors were used for the exterior to enhance the beauty of the surrounding tropical environment, glass was used in several areas to enhance the natural light and views.

Located in North Bay Village, this project included the design of 112,000 sqf of residential units plus amenity areas and a parking garage located at the base of the tower. All residential units are water-facing or enjoy views of the open water. The design was created for a development company to gain approval from the City’s Urban Development Review Board.Its metal cladding, concrete, and wood materials reflect the contemporary vibe of the Miami lifestyle.

Faced with the challenge of designing a project on an unusual piece of land located on the spectacular southern coast of Grenada, the design combines the best aspects of the premium residential communities and the resort’s amenities. The project encompassed two luxury apartment blocks and five two-bedroom villas + amenities. All the units enjoy spectacular water views whilst maintaining privacy from adjacent properties.

NORDELTA-BUENOS AIRES-CONTEMPORARY HOUSE
The house is situated inthe “Nordelta District”, the largest and most successful gated community in Buenos Aires with tranquil landscape settings and stunning views. This house was custom-made for its inhabitants’ lifestyle. One of the main goals was to integrate the interior with the exterior surroundings. Sergio sought to highlight the continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces by leveraging structure and volume, as a result, “the garden comes into the house and the house goes into the garden”.

This beautiful, modern and upscale five-story multifamily building is located in “Villa del Parque” a neighborhood within the city of Buenos Aires. This project included the design of 20,000 sqf of residential units, amenity areas and a parking garage located at the base of the building. The artistic, concrete structure on the façade is striking and sets a newstandard in the neighborhood.

Situated in the northernmost point of the island of St. Lucia, this luxury residence is settled in the exclusive Mount Du Cap estate; a private, gated 38-acre development, located at one the ends of the island with views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Lucia’s northern neighbor Martinique. The entrance of the main house looks directly through the living room that seems to float over a massive infinity swimming pool in the background.
2015
The project included the total renovation of an old 1950’s structure and the addition of a guest house. It is always a challenge to work with old, existing buildings, but the results were stunning. The main level is open, allowing for casual entertaining with use of commercial-grade impact resistant window and door systems all the way through the house.Extensive use of windows on this level brings in light from all sides. The home has a number of sustainable features including double-glazing, ceiling fans and cross-ventilation.

Located in the south of the island of Grenada and sitting on a triangular and steep piece of land, this contemporary luxury Caribbean Residence was designed to enjoy the unique views of Westerhall bay. The design suggests a single-story on the entrance side yet opens up to two stories on the bay side. The entrance of the house gives onto a an entrance gazebo connecting to the two main parts of the house, the guest and main house. The views of the bay were optimized by balconies, terraces, pool decks, an outdoor dining gazebo and a forty foot infinity swimming pool.

Situated in the southernmost point of the island of Grenada, Morne Rouge, this luxury Caribbean Residence was designed to sit on the edge of a hill with spectacular views of Morne Rouge Beach, a private cove on the edge of the Caribbean Sea. The design suggests a single-story on the street side yet drops down to three stories on the sea side. The project is divided into three buildings connected by external corridors and stairs surrounded by tropical gardens. Each building has a specific function and shows unique geometry that forms part of a coherent composition.
