NORDELTA-BUENOS AIRES-CONTEMPORARY HOUSE

The house is situated in the “Nordelta District”, the largest and most successful gated community in Buenos Aires with tranquil landscape settings and stunning views. This house was custom-made for its inhabitants’ lifestyle. One of the main goals was to integrate the interior with the exterior surroundings. Sergio sought to highlight the continuity between the indoor and outdoor spaces by leveraging structure and volume, as a result, “the garden comes into the house and the house goes into the garden”. Colors, textures and geometric forms were also used in the same quest for unity.
